Bad Dog Theatre Company Announces New Season
Yesterday Bad Dog Theatre Company announced their new season of online comedy shows, which will begin Thursday, January 14, 2021 with #TryImprov, The Early Show, and the 19th annual improv competition Globehead.
Bad Dog Theatre Company specializes in unscripted comedy and improvised performance, and provides affordable, accessible improv training. Bad Dog recently left their home on Bloor Street West in Toronto due to the effects of COVID-19, but under the leadership of Artistic and Managing Director Coko Galore, Bad Dog transitioned to a virtual platform, Bad Dog Comedy Online. The Bad Dog Theatre now offers Bad Dog Comedy Classes online and live-streamed shows at Bad Dog Comedy TV.

GLOBEHEAD

The annual improv competition GLOBEHEAD is back, and now in its 19th year! This year it is online they are putting the “globe” in GLOBEHEAD with some international friends! Hosted by Tom Hearn, they will also have a special guest judge each episode. Eight teams will compete for the GLOBEHEAD title. They’ll go head to head to fight ‘For Honour, For Glory, For a Ridiculous Trophy’. Plus a cool $500 CAD!
