Performers announced for CMAOntario Festival & Awards in London
The CMAOntario (Country Music Association of Ontario) has revealed programming for the CMAOntario Festival & Awards Weekend taking place June 2-5, 2022 in London, Ontario including lots of free concerts.
It will all kick off with The Legacy Revival on Thursday, June 2 at Purple Hill Country Hall with Michelle Wright, Thomas Wade, Lace, Robert Paquette, and Diane Chase.
On Friday, June 3 Songs & Stories: Songwriters in the Round will take place at the Toboggan Brewing Co. as country music stars Jason Blaine, Dani Strong, Ryan Langdon, and The Wilkinsons play their hits and tell the stories that inspired them.
Saturday, June 4 will feature CMAOntario’s the all-new Street Fair at Dundas Place with two days of cool and tasty vendors, a family zone, and free concerts. The Street Fair concert on Saturday is Bonfire (formerly the New Faces Showcase) with Brian John Harwood, Dustin Bird, Gabrielle Goulet, Karli June, Nate Haller, and Tebey. The Street Fair concert on Sunday, June 5 is The Tailgate Party with Roslyn Witter, Alli Walker, David Boyd Janes, Graham Scott Fleming, and Mackenzie Leigh Meyer.
Closing out the Festival & Awards Weekend on Sunday, June 5 at Centennial Hall is the CMAOntario Awards. Hosted by Jason McCoy and Robyn Ottolini, the CMAOntario Awards will include performances by Tebey, Tim Hicks, Genevieve Fisher, Sacha, Cory Marks, Jason Blaine, Kristine St-Pierre, Nate Haller, River Town Saints, The Western Swing Authority, with special guest Aaron Goodvin, and Michelle Wright, Beverley Mahood, Stacey Lee Guse, and Patricia Conroy in a tribute performance to Impact Award recipient Carroll Baker.
