Review: Jeff Paul, Delightfully Dark

What Niagara-on-the-Lake's Jeff Paul does is a very specific kind of crude and lewd. Sure, you'll probably cringe at some of the jokes in his hometown set for Delightfully Dark, but once you get past that you'll more than likely marvel at the sheer depth and breadth of Paul's scatologically-spirited stories. These include, but are in no way limited to, stories about...

* Shitting oneself from eating a meatball sub
* Hotbox farts in cars
* Getting teabagged while passed out in one's 40s
* The smell of used sex toys
* The smell of one's testicles
* The moral boundary of not peeing on one's wife
* Accidentally burping into a vagina while performing cunnilingus
* The awkward math of going to a rub & tug parlor with your friend... and there's only one person on staff
* Conducting a home abortion using your vacuum
* Emptying your used condoms in graphic ways
* Accidentally getting a booty call from your mom
* The cautionary lesson of fingering a woman after eating hot chicken wings

Whatever Delightfully Dark is, it's an uncumpromised window into the soul of person who has spent a concerning amount of time contemplating the broad spectrum of human fluids and how they might end up on oneself or someone else.

Delightfully Dark was released January 10, 2020 on Comedy Records.
